Foundry Technologies & Engineering (FT&E) GmbH was founded by Dr. Stephan Hasse in Schaffhausen/Switzerland in 2003.

The formation of the company was carried out with the prevailing aim to support the foundry industry, suppliers as well as industries, which use castings, as a strong partner in order to provide consultancy regarding operations, procedures and technologies.  

In close cooperation with the economy, universities and the industry we close the cycle leading from the basic material to the finished component and provide extensive foundry-related know-how for large companies as well as SMEs whose technical human resources are often limited.

FT&E contributes actively to foundry-related journals and books and therefore offers extensive know-how and expertise as well as access to up-to-date R & D results. These important facts ensure our efficiency in order to solve problems for the foundry industry, suppliers and industries, which use castings, and therefore distinguish FT&E from other consultants.
